Medical Services

We offer the following medical services to women in our community facing unplanned pregnancies. It’s important for them to understand as much as they can about their pregnancies and options so they can make an empowered and informed choice moving forward. Mostly, they need to know they’ll be supported if they choose life, and we exist to help provide that support and the resources they need to feel confident in their decision.

Pregnancy Testing

We offer pregnancy testing to help women confirm that they’re actually pregnant. Many women miss their period and automatically assume they’re pregnant without confirming it, or they take a pregnancy test too soon and get a false negative. We offer this service for free to help them and then provide a follow-up ultrasound if they are pregnant to learn more about their pregnancy.

Limited Ultrasounds

After a positive pregnancy test, we offer limited ultrasounds to provide more information about the pregnancy. These ultrasounds help answer three questions about the pregnancy: How far along is the pregnancy? Where is the pregnancy located? Is the pregnancy viable? The answers to these questions help women understand their options and also allow them to see the life inside their womb. We find that over 80% of women who see their babies via ultrasound are empowered to choose life!

Abortion Pill Reversal

It is possible to reverse the effects of the first drug taken in a medication abortion (abortion pill). The abortion pill reversal (APR) process involves flooding the pregnant woman’s system with progesterone, either with pills or injections. Progesterone is a natural hormone and has been used with pregnancies for decades. Timing is everything and studies suggest that progesterone should be given within the first 24-72 hours after a woman has taken the first pill. We are happy to announce we offer abortion pill reversal.

STI/STD Testing

Finally, we also offer STI/STD testing at our center. We want to reach women and men and help them understand healthy sexuality. Many who come to us are not in safe or loving relationships and by offering STI testing we’re able to provide education on healthy relationships and the benefits of abstinence.
